Cover Design: Mangle's kangaroo paw (Anigozanthos manglesii), the numbat (Myrmecobius fasciatus) and the Gogo Fish (Mcnamaraspis kaprios) are the floral, faunal and fossil emblems of Western Australia. Also depicted is a collection of living stromatolites which are of particular significance in Western Australian geology.
